Jillian Augenstein is the Executive Assistant to Biodiversity & Conservation, Climate & Energy, Business Affairs, and Learning, Innovation & Society. She has dynamic experience as a manager and EA across different industries. She intuitively understands what is required to position a business for success and assist executives with staying organized in the most demanding scenarios.

Prior to entering the non-profit sector Jillian spent eight years working for a luxury clothing designer with a focus on bridal, evening, and red carpet gown construction. While spending her free time hiking, she decided to pursue degrees in Geography, Environmental Studies & Environmental Health Policy. At XPRIZE, Jillian combines her managerial and Executive Assistant experience with her passion of conservation and preservation. Still spending her free time outside, Jillian is a slow-but-far runner, sophomore surfer, and jigsaw puzzle enthusiast.
