Damon uses his operational understanding of domestic and global movements to craft effective policy frameworks. For over 20 years, he has designed and built communication platforms to engage governments and commercial interests worldwide on issues ranging from global health, racial and gender equity, and financial regulatory policy. He has lived and worked on policy strategies in China, Latin America, East Africa, The Gulf Region, and Europe.
Damon received a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh and attended Beijing Language and Cultural University. He is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California.
